# Tôi có phải xuất hóa đơn không?

Nghĩa vụ xuất hóa đơn phụ thuộc vào tư cách pháp lý của đối tác tiếp thị liên kết.

**Đối với cá nhân**

Thông thường, cá nhân nhận hoa hồng không phải xuất hóa đơn cho ZANET, trừ trường hợp pháp luật có quy định khác hoặc có yêu cầu riêng đối với từng hình thức hợp tác.

**Đối với doanh nghiệp hoặc hộ kinh doanh**

Doanh nghiệp hoặc hộ kinh doanh có thể phải xuất hóa đơn theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

Trong trường hợp cần xuất hóa đơn, ZANET sẽ hướng dẫn cụ thể về nội dung và quy trình thực hiện.
