# Khi nào tôi được thanh toán hoa hồng?
ZANET thực hiện thanh toán hoa hồng theo chu kỳ đối soát định kỳ đối với các khoản hoa hồng đã được xác nhận đủ điều kiện thanh toán.
Để được thanh toán, khoản hoa hồng phải đáp ứng tất cả các điều kiện sau:
* Đơn hàng đã hoàn tất thành công.
* Đã hết thời gian đổi trả hoặc hoàn tiền theo quy định.
* Đơn hàng không phát sinh tranh chấp hoặc vi phạm.
* Hoa hồng đã được chuyển sang trạng thái **Đã trả tiền** trên hệ thống.
* Bạn đã cập nhật đầy đủ thông tin nhận thanh toán.
