# Hoa hồng được tính trên giá nào?

Hoa hồng được tính trên **giá trị đơn hàng thực tế mà khách hàng thanh toán sau khi trừ các khoản giảm giá hợp lệ (nếu có)**.

Giá trị tính hoa hồng **không bao gồm**:

* Thuế VAT (nếu có).
* Các khoản phụ thu khác ngoài giá trị sản phẩm.
* Các khoản hoàn tiền hoặc điều chỉnh sau khi đơn hàng hoàn tất.
