# Đơn hàng hoàn trả có bị trừ hoa hồng không?

Có.

Nếu khách hàng trả hàng, hoàn tiền hoặc đơn hàng không còn đáp ứng điều kiện ghi nhận doanh thu theo chính sách của ZANET, hoa hồng của đơn hàng đó sẽ không được thanh toán hoặc sẽ được điều chỉnh trong kỳ đối soát.

Việc điều chỉnh này nhằm đảm bảo hoa hồng chỉ được chi trả cho các đơn hàng hoàn tất thành công.
