# Đơn hàng bị huỷ có được tính hoa hồng không?

Không.

Các đơn hàng bị hủy trước khi hoàn tất sẽ không đủ điều kiện ghi nhận hoa hồng.

Một số nguyên nhân phổ biến gồm:

* Khách hàng chủ động hủy đơn.
* Không liên hệ được khách hàng.
* Khách từ chối nhận hàng.
* Thanh toán không thành công.
* Đơn hàng bị hủy theo quy định của ZANET.

Các đơn hàng này sẽ không được tính vào doanh thu hoa hồng.
