# Đơn COD chưa nhận hàng có được tính hoa hồng không?

Không.

Đối với đơn hàng thanh toán khi nhận hàng (COD), hoa hồng chỉ được ghi nhận chính thức sau khi:

* Khách hàng nhận hàng thành công;
* Đơn hàng hoàn tất;
* Hết thời gian chờ theo quy trình đối soát của ZANET;
* Đơn hàng không phát sinh hủy hoặc hoàn trả.

Trong thời gian chờ xác nhận, đơn hàng có thể hiển thị ở trạng thái **Đang chờ xử lý** trên Affiliate Dashboard.
