# Vì sao đơn hàng của tôi không được ghi nhận?

Một đơn hàng có thể không được ghi nhận vì một trong các nguyên nhân sau:

* Khách hàng không truy cập từ Link Affiliate của bạn.
* Cookie Tracking đã hết hạn.
* Khách hàng đã nhấp vào Link Affiliate của một nhà tiếp thị liên kết khác sau đó (theo cơ chế Last Click Wins).
* Khách hàng sử dụng chế độ duyệt web riêng tư hoặc trình duyệt chặn Cookie.
* Link Affiliate bị chỉnh sửa hoặc mất tham số tracking.
* Đơn hàng không đáp ứng điều kiện ghi nhận theo Chính sách Hoa hồng.
* Hệ thống phát hiện dấu hiệu gian lận.
