# Vì sao đơn hàng của tôi đang ở trạng thái Đang chờ xử lý?

**Đang chờ xử lý** nghĩa là đơn hàng đã được hệ thống ghi nhận nhưng **chưa hoàn tất quá trình xác minh**.

Đây là trạng thái bình thường đối với hầu hết các đơn hàng mới phát sinh.

Trong thời gian Đang chờ xử lý, hệ thống sẽ kiểm tra:

* Khách hàng đã thanh toán hoặc nhận hàng thành công hay chưa;
* Đơn hàng có bị hủy hay không;
* Đơn hàng có bị hoàn trả hoặc hoàn tiền hay không;
* Điều kiện Cookie và Attribution có hợp lệ hay không;
* Các điều kiện ghi nhận hoa hồng theo quy định của ZANET.

Trong thời gian này, hoa hồng sẽ chưa được thanh toán.
