# Đơn hàng bao lâu thì được phê duyệt?

Đơn hàng sẽ được chuyển sang trạng thái **Đã phê duyệt** sau khi đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện sau:

* Khách hàng nhận hàng thành công.
* Hết thời gian đổi trả hoặc hoàn tiền theo chính sách của ZANET.
* Không phát sinh tranh chấp.
* Đơn hàng vượt qua quá trình đối soát.

Thời gian xác nhận có thể khác nhau tùy theo:

* Phương thức thanh toán;
* Thời gian giao hàng;
* Chính sách đổi trả của từng sản phẩm;
* Thời điểm đặt hàng.
