# Tôi sẽ nhận email xác nhận ở đâu?

Email xác nhận và thông báo xét duyệt sẽ được gửi đến **địa chỉ email bạn đã sử dụng để đăng ký tài khoản ZANET Affiliate**.

Bạn nên kiểm tra các thư mục sau:

* Hộp thư đến;
* Spam hoặc Thư rác;
* Quảng cáo;
* Mạng xã hội;
* Tất cả thư.

Để hạn chế việc bỏ lỡ thông báo, bạn nên thêm địa chỉ email của ZANET vào danh bạ hoặc danh sách người gửi tin cậy.

Nếu không nhận được email, hãy kiểm tra:

* Địa chỉ email đã nhập có đúng chính tả hay không;
* Hộp thư có còn dung lượng nhận thư hay không;
* Email của ZANET có bị chặn hoặc chuyển vào Thư rác hay không.

Trường hợp vẫn không tìm thấy email, hãy liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ và cung cấp:

* Họ và tên đăng ký;
* Địa chỉ email đăng ký;
* Số điện thoại;
* Thời điểm gửi hồ sơ.

ZANET sẽ kiểm tra trạng thái tài khoản và hỗ trợ gửi lại thông báo khi cần thiết.
